1. Acceptance of Terms By commissioning an artwork from EverGlow Memories, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our services are dedicated to the creation of bespoke, personalized 3D crystal art.
2. The Bespoke Process & Finality of Sale Each crystal is a unique masterpiece created specifically from your provided vision. Due to the high degree of personalization and the permanent nature of sub-surface laser engraving:
- All sales are final.
- Once the 3D modeling process has commenced (typically 2 hours after order placement), orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
3. User-Provided Content & Intellectual Property By uploading an image, you represent that you own the rights to the photograph or have explicit permission to use it. You grant EverGlow Memories a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and transform the image into a 3D crystal format for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We reserve the right to refuse any image that is low-quality, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
4. Craftsmanship & Variations Our artisans use advanced AI and manual refinement to interpret your 2D photo into a 3D vision. Minor artistic variations are a hallmark of bespoke craftsmanship. While we strive for absolute radiance, the final 3D depth perception depends on the lighting and clarity of the original photograph provided.
5. Limitation of Liability EverGlow Memories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our studio operates.
