The Bespoke Nature of EverGlow At EverGlow Memories, each K9 crystal vision is a bespoke creation, hand-refined and laser-sculpted specifically for your story. Due to the permanent and personalized nature of these commissions, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the artistic production process has commenced.

Cancellations We allow a grace period of 2 hours from the time of order placement for cancellations. Once our artists begin the 3D modeling phase, the commission is locked for production.

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee While we do not offer returns for change of mind, your legacy is our priority. If your crystal arrives with a craftsmanship defect or sustains damage during transit, we offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee. Please contact our studio within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
